These Terms apply to the current free services offered through mindlabtest.com. Provider details are shown above and in the Imprint. Test accounts are intended for people aged 13 and over; applicable parental-consent safeguards continue to apply. By using the service you accept these Terms.
2. Services provided
MindLabTest offers four existing IQ question sets of 30 questions each, plus estimated scores, detailed analyses and certificates. All are free. You may retake these sets without limit, but repeat attempts use the same questions and do not qualify for public ranking. Scores are provisional estimates.
3. Important disclaimer — estimated results
All scores are provisional estimates provided for self-insight. They are not a clinical or medical diagnosis and are not an officially normed or independently validated IQ measurement.
We are not affiliated with Mensa or any official testing body, and we do not guarantee any particular score or outcome. Estimated and qualifying wording is shown throughout the result and report.
4. Contract, prices and payment
The four IQ tests, results, analyses and certificates are currently provided without charge. No purchase or subscription is necessary. Previously completed purchases, invoices, refunds and statutory consumer rights remain governed by the conditions applicable to those historical transactions.
5. Right of withdrawal and early delivery
The current IQ tests, results, analyses and certificates are free, so no paid digital-content order or payment-related withdrawal consent is requested for new access. Any rights and obligations arising from historical paid orders remain unaffected.
6. Accounts and saved reports
Sign in with Google or a verified email address and password. Email registration and password resets use single-use links that expire after 30 minutes. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
An anonymous first attempt can be claimed to your account after you sign in. Saved results, reports and certificates remain available while your account exists. Deleting your account permanently removes the associated data as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Public leaderboard and certificate links
Publishing your score on the public leaderboard is optional and can be withdrawn at any time. Where you choose to publish, you consent to the data shown for that entry (such as your chosen public name, country flag and occupation).
Certificates may include a verification link. You are responsible for deciding with whom you share your certificate or result.
8. Permitted use and intellectual property
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view, download and print your own report and certificate. All test items, scoring logic, software, text, designs and certificates remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Provider.
You may not resell or publicly distribute the test content, attempt to manipulate results, use automated means to access the service, or use the service in a way that disrupts it or infringes the rights of others.
9. Availability and liability
We are liable without limitation for damages arising from injury to life, body or health, and for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.
For slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of a material contractual obligation (an obligation whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible and on which you may regularly rely), and in that case only for foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.
We are not liable for minor technical disruptions or temporary unavailability of the website that are beyond our reasonable control. Any mandatory statutory liability, in particular under the German Product Liability Act, remains unaffected.
10. Applicable law, dispute resolution and changes
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
Consumer dispute resolution (Section 36 VSBG): we are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
The contract text is stored by us and the contract can be concluded in the languages offered on this website (English, German, Turkish, Spanish). We may amend these Terms and will inform users of material changes; the version in force is the one dated at the top of this page. Should any provision be or become invalid, the remaining provisions stay in full force and effect.
